Changed your mind? You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Here is how it works:
- Tell us within 14 days. E-mail info@tezgoo.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Get the return details. We reply with the return address and instructions (the address may belong to one of our fulfilment partners – please only use the address we give you).
- Send the item back within 10 days of your message, carefully packed (posters rolled in a sturdy tube).
- Receive your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the item arrives or you send proof of shipping.
Return shipping: free in Türkiye when you use the carrier and return code we send you. Outside Türkiye, the customer pays the return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Not returnable: personalised items (for example posters with names, dates or your own photos), unless they are faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Send us your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery. Usually you don't need to return anything – we send a free replacement or a full refund. Your statutory rights apply in full.
Exchanges: we don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size or design you want.
