1. Who we are

This online store (the "Store") is operated by TezGoo, Bahçeşehir / İstanbul, Türkiye (the "Seller", "we", "us"). Contact: info@tezgoo.com. The Store runs on the Shopify platform.

2. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to every visit to the Store and every order placed through it. By placing an order you confirm that you have read these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. For consumers in Türkiye, the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement also apply. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence are not affected.

3. Products and prices

We describe products and show images as accurately as possible. Colours may differ slightly depending on your screen.
All prices are shown in the store currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Import duties outside Türkiye are described in our Shipping Policy.
We may change prices and product range at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
If a product was listed with an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order free of charge.

4. Ordering and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation e-mail. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or the payment cannot be verified; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns and defective goods

Your right of withdrawal, how to return items and your rights for defective goods are described in our Refund Policy.

8. Personalised products

For personalised products you are responsible for the names, dates, texts and photos you provide and for having the right to use them. Please check your details carefully before ordering; personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

9. Intellectual property

All content of the Store – texts, images, logos and design – is protected. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Use of the Store

You agree not to misuse the Store, for example by interfering with its security, placing fraudulent orders or using automated tools to collect data.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and for damage to life, body or health. Our liability under mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts. Please contact us first at info@tezgoo.com – most problems can be solved quickly.
